Chicago Immigration Advocates Law Offices is located on Chicago’s Northwest side serving one of the country’s most ethnically diverse areas, if not the world. Here at Lawrence (4800 North) and Kedzie (3200 West) avenues in Chicago we serve the immigration needs of people from the Middle-East, Latin America, India, Pakistan, Korea, and Eastern Europe. Over the years we have been dedicated to providing solutions to the particular challenges faced by people from each one of these countries so that they and their families can live in the United States.

Despite Congress' failure to pass President Bush's "Guest-worker" law, we remain hopeful that Congress will give those who have spent a considerable amount of time working and raising families in the United States to "come out from the shadows" and legalize their status at some time in the future.

With this in mind, we are dedicated to bringing links and updates to information on this website to enable you to evaluate and monitor any changes to immigration laws that could impact you and your family. Further, we encourage you and any family members who currently have any right to Legal Permanent Residency, or to Naturalization, to pursue those rights as quickly as practical, since even new laws may change at any time and deprive you of rights you once had.
